Does anyone know if you have to get a separate COLA if you want to designate a wine as a Reserve. Say you have your normal Chardonnay, but this year you have a section that has produced exceptional fruit and you figure you could produce a Reserve wine - does this need a new COLA?

Thanks in advance.
