Series Abstract: Respected international winemaker Nick Goldschmidt provides insights into the following wine growing and winemaking topics: The Vineyard, Site Specific Farming and Harvesting, Field Selections and Clones, White and Red Style Fine Wine Making, Closures, and Southern Hemisphere Vineyards and Wines. The series will include 14 videos in QuickTime Format and released to the public starting May 26th with subsequent episode releases when ready. |
