- Based in Frankton Otago. Have photographed 42 of the 86 winery's and vineyards of Central Otago in the last 18 moths. Bottle shot are something else I do. My background in photography goes back a long way as family have been in the business for some 50 years. some of my clients: Peregrine, Gibbston Valley Winery, Chard Farm, Wild Earth Wines,

Up and coming Exhibition at Amisfield Winery in Central Otago
Amisfield has been host and supporter of fine art photography and the arts from its opening. Last year 2007 Amisfield hosted both Craig Potten and Graeme Sydney photo exhibitions. Amisfield is an A class venue award winning in every area food, wine, art, location and architecture.
Allan has donated 14 large format images of mostly of Central Otago vineyards for an exhibition. Prints will be auctioned off at Amisfield to the attendees and all profits will go to CureKids Charity.… Continue

My Point is that just becauce you can say that Central Otago's wine area is almost like high desert, just 70 KM away to the west we get 9 meters of rain every other year.
