About Me:

We opened Nebraska's first winery in 1994. We are currently growing 7 acres of grapes here and have another 5 acres of grapes being grown for us in central Nebraska. Ed grows the grapes and makes the winery and also started a grape breeding program in 1996. He released his first red varietal Temparia in 2006. I work the tasting room and take care of the marketing, web site and events. I also started my own jewelry business Holly Eve Designs in 1998.
