Wine and the Holidays
Of course we all know that wine is a "natural" for the Holidays. We give it as gift, we share it with friends, we pair it with our holiday dishes, and we sit quietly by the fire with our favorite.

The Oder The Wine, The Better It Tastes. Dont't Believe It
No. Not so. As you know, a bad young wine will turn into a bad old wine.
Perhaps the myth comes from numerous sayings and quotes to the tune of "People, like wine, get better with age" or something to that effect, which is also a questionable myth. If you don't believe me just ask my 98 year old aunt, who is sharp as a tack but has trouble walking and the doctor forbids her from drinking wine because it interferes with some of her medications. My personal opinion is; heck, if I were 98 years ol… Continue
